Strategic Hires Strengthen Bench to Increase Market Share within the In-Building Wireless and Private Wireless Network Segments 

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, January 18, 2024 – RF Connectan integrator specializing in wireless connectivity, is delighted to announce the hiring of Dadrian Carrington and Greg Frasca as National Business Development Directors. The newest additions to the Business Development team amplify the company’s play-to-win strategy to achieve long-term growth potential. Carrington and Frasca will architect and execute business development strategies and work with industry ecosystem partners to deploy and manage wireless connectivity networks to realize business cases such as user experience, operational efficiencies, and analytic insights for end user enterprise customers.

Mr. Carrington joins RF Connect with nearly 20 years of experience across in-building wireless sales, partner relationship management, and solutions engineering. By leveraging a background that encompasses Radio Frequency (RF) planning, engineering, implementation, and network performance optimization, he has cultivated strong relationships with customers serving as an educator and trusted resource. Mr. Carrington has held business development and engineering roles at Westell Technologies, BTI Wireless, JMA Wireless, and SOLiD as well as other technology organizations.

Mr. Frasca possesses broad telco experience that spans video, voice, and data technologies utilizing various wired and wireless transport methods. With a proficiency in solution selling and operational excellence, he has spearheaded successful communications and connectivity deployments within numerous industries and market segments including Sports Venues, Enterprise, Healthcare, Higher Education, Logistics, Federal/SLED, Hospitality, and more. Mr. Frasca previously served in sales and business development at ClearLink, Diversified, SkyWeb, AT&T, and more.

In their business development roles, Mr. Carrington will address the “fourth utility” market requirement for indoor and outdoor wireless connectivity to enable cellular voice communications through Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and other solutions including Private Wireless Networks. Mr. Frasca will focus on capturing growth opportunities within the rapidly-evolving and innovative Private Wireless Networks sector which includes Private LTE and Private 5G as well as emerging CBRS-based “neutral host networks” utilizing Multi-Operator Core Network (MOCN) for smartphone enablement.
