Guest Experience at the Newly-Opened Property Includes Multi-Operator Cellular Coverage in Addition to World-Class Gaming, Dining, Accommodations and Other Amenities

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, November 12, 2019 – RF Connect, a national leader of cellular-based wireless solutions, today announced it designed, deployed and will manage a venue-owned wireless network that enables multi-operator smartphone connectivity for guests and public-safety communications for emergency first responders at the new Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain which opened on October 30th and is owned by the Estom Yumeka Maidu Tribe of the Enterprise Rancheria.

Guest experience in the highly-competitive hospitality industry which includes resorts and casinos has a direct correlation to loyalty and revenue. As a result, the industry is focused on adopting strategies to deliver an exceptional experience to stand out from other brands. Increasingly, technology-driven amenities are given the same attention as traditional guest experience considerations such as accommodations, restaurants, bars and other services.

“Everything we do is intended to deliver an unparalleled experience for guests,” said Matthew Morgan, Vice-President of IT of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain. “This includes ensuring guests can use their smartphones anywhere within the property. By partnering with RF Connect, we met our goal of providing excellent service for the major wireless operators within our facility.”

“Although the demand for cellular connectivity is increasing, it is extremely challenging to align the business interests of venue owners and wireless operators,” said Pat Rhatigan, Market Development Director at RF Connect. “Our ability to coordinate highly-complex in-building wireless projects and engage multiple stakeholders helps empower the resort to achieve its guest experience ambitions.”

The wireless network also complies with public-safety fire codes to support indoor and outdoor communications among first responders.

“Exceptional care was put into curating the guest experience at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain,” said Jeff Hipchen, Executive Vice President at RF Connect. “We are proud to contribute to the world-class amenities through the wireless network we deployed.”

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain welcomed its first guests on October 30th and marked the occasion with festivities, entertainment and performances.
