The Silver Maintenance Package is a service available to customers that are budget constrained and comfortable with a “best effort” response with a fixed fee for each occurrence. NOC monitoring of system alarms and 24/7 technician dispatch are not included in this package.
Technician Dispatch: This package is a “best effort” for call-outs on a time and material additional cost basis. Response visits occur based on availability.
Customer Tech Support Call Center: RF Connect maintains a toll-free support line for maintenance and tech support issues. This maintenance package offers 24/7 access to the Tech Support Call Center hotline.
Spares Depot Access: RF Connect offers inventory management of spare component parts to support customer systems. This maintenance package allows for ease in access to spare components and less complication in the return of spare parts to the manufacturer. If clients purchase a set of spares, they have immediate access to them because spare components are stored at the client site.
